PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES:
Processing time depends on current workload. For items purchased solely from the website please allow 3-4 business days to process and up to 3-7 business days to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS.
For all Live Sale Orders:
Please allow 1-2 days after the Live Sale for your individual order to be listed. Your order will be listed under the Category "Crystal Live Sale Orders" and then listed under your individual name or Instagram Name if you are new to us. Typically, if your order is paid in full by the Friday evening following the Live your shipping will be on Saturday morning, unless otherwise stipulated via Instagram story communication. If not paid for by Friday evening, your order will be shipped once paid at the earliest Monday morning. Payments must be completed within 4 days once the order is listed or it will be forfeited.
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number sent directly via your email address.
Shipping is calculated via USPS for small packages by weight. For Medium & Larger Packages shipping is via USPS Flat Rate Boxes at the cost of $8 or $16 depending on the size needed to package your crystals.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items. We try our best to accurately display & describe our items through photos, videos & Instagram Live Sales. Please understand that colors may differ slightly due to their uniqueness & differences in screen coloring.
